These terms govern your use of Cue. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
Using Cue
Cue provides AI-generated suggestions to help you prepare for and take part in conversations. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for what you say and do.
You must comply with applicable laws and with the rules of any interview, meeting or call in which you use Cue, including rules on recording and on the use of AI assistance.
Your content
You keep all rights to your documents, recordings and transcripts. You grant Cue only the rights needed to process them on your behalf.
Third-party services
Cue uses Google’s Gemini API to transcribe audio and draft answers, and Stripe to process payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
Credits and payments
Paid sessions use credits. One credit covers one hour of live sessions, charged in 30-minute blocks of half a credit when each block starts. Sessions auto-extend until you stop them.
Credits do not expire. Creating a session is free; credits are only used when a session is active.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cue to record people without the consent the law requires, to deceive others where AI assistance is prohibited, or to violate anyone’s rights.
Disclaimer and liability
Cue is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
